We design and initial set up of payroll business process and system. We also set up an employee master data relevant to payroll processing and we do parallel testing of the new payroll system

We do complete record keeping of your sales and expenses. We gather, sort, file and record all of it to make sure everything is organize. Audited Financial Statement and Notes to Financial Statement is also part of our services. Our team is always updated to the rapidly changing accounting and tax regulations to ensure our clients of accurate and reliable outputs.

We do monthly and semi-monthly payroll processing. Qminds will deploy a team responsible for the monthly and semi-monthly processing and they are responsible for the end to end payroll processing. Monthly preparation of BIR Form 1601C, Annualization activities and preparation of alphalist, Preparation of BIR Form 1604 CF and submission of BIR Form 2316, as mandated by BIR are done by our team. We also offer statutory reporting i.e. SSS, PHIC, HDMF and generate accounting entries for booking purposes
